624 Yale is a new construction project located in South Union, one of Seattle’s most vibrant and fastest growing neighborhoods. The project consists of two 9-story residential buildings which sit conveniently within walking distance of Amazon’s Biosphere and Seattle Campus.
The project’s goal of heightened urban livability is achieved through incorporation of thoughtful landscaping, water features, and building with natural materials fabricated with DMD Weathering Steel.
