Nestled in the heart of downtown Bainbridge Island, WA, the vibrant Bainbridge Island Gateway stands as a cultural and retail cornerstone, just steps away from the ferry connecting the island to Seattle and The Bainbridge Museum of Art (BIMA). Crafted with weatherized architectural copper panels by Dissimilar Metal Design, this structure embodies Responsible Architecture, employing Regenerative Design to minimize environmental impact.

Dissimilar Metal Design’s weathered copper played a pivotal role in achieving sustainable benefits, boasting enduring quality, minimal maintenance requirements, and a maturing patina that enhances the structure’s longevity. Island Gateway has achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to environmental consciousness.
