Destination Crenshaw is architecturally innovative endeavor, set to transform a 1.1-mile stretch of Crenshaw Boulevard. Anchored by permanent and rotating art installations, ten new public parks, exhibits, and entirely new streetscapes.
It highlights weathering steel elements by Dissimilar Metal Design, alongside 100 uniquely commissioned artworks as a celebration of Black American culture alongside inventive urban planning and artistic expression.
A new rail line at the site will bring Angelenos to the Crenshaw area and serve as the gateway to the City of Los Angeles for visitors from around the world.
