Introducing Three Mile Outlook, a residential project showcasing weathering steel fabrication by Dissimilar Metal Design. Situated on a silt bluff overlooking Three Mile Beach in Penticton, British Columbia, this vineyard residence boasts distinctive weathering steel elements both on the exterior and interior.

Weathering steel panels contribute to a sophisticated design within a subdued material palette of calm greys and off-whites. This intentional choice harmonizes with the coastal climate, serving both functional and aesthetic purposes. Chosen for its durability and unique ability to develop a natural patina, the weathering steel also translates into the home’s interior.

Weathering steel panels play a pivotal role in marking essential transitions within the home. The rustic metal seamlessly glides from the entry to the primary bedroom wing and living room fireplace.
